Educational purposes only. Consultations provide general education and information. Nothing said or written in a consultation takes your personal circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance or tax position into account, and none of it is advice. Make your own decisions, and speak with a qualified, registered professional, such as a licensed financial adviser, accountant or lawyer, about your situation.
Registration. CDNGLD.ca and its consultants are not registered investment advisers, dealers, portfolio managers or brokers with any securities regulator, and do not provide services that require registration. Precious metals are volatile, and you could lose some or all of the money you put into them.
No guarantees. We do not promise any result, saving, profit, price or outcome. A fairer price is an aim, not a guarantee, and dealers set their own prices and terms, which can change at any time.
Independence and conflicts of interest. We do not accept payment, commissions, referral fees or gifts from dealers for listings, rankings or recommendations, and consultations do not steer you to any particular dealer. If that ever changes, or a consultant has a financial interest in a business discussed, it will be disclosed to you before the session. We may mention dealers listed in the directory as examples. That is not an endorsement, and you should do your own checks.
Information may be out of date. Dealer information, prices, fees and policies change often. Always confirm current details directly with the dealer. Spot prices shown on the site are indicative only. See the terms, disclaimers and privacy notice.
No professional relationship. Booking or attending a consultation does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, solicitor-client or any similar relationship, and communications are not privileged.
Confidentiality and privacy. We treat what you tell us as confidential and use it only to provide the consultation and respond to you, except where the law requires disclosure. Please share only what is needed. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy notice.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDNGLD.ca and its consultants are not liable for any loss or damage, including lost money, lost metal, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of or reliance on a consultation or anything said or written in it, or from any transaction you enter into. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
Scams and impersonation. We will never ask you to send money or metal to us or to a third party, to buy a particular product, or to share passwords or account details. We contact you only through the email address above. If someone claiming to represent CDNGLD.ca asks for any of these, do not respond.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the operator is based. We may update this page from time to time, and the terms in force when you book apply to that booking.
